I am speaking 25 minutes in to this session - as ever, passionate and very much to the point.

We are not adequately funding Ukraine as is to even survive, let alone win. It just gets worse from 2025. Allocating frozen Russian assets to Ukraine is the only way to ensure Ukraine’s victory and save lives.
