A great summary and good news on the start of a process that will hopefully build steam quickly. I understand the EU have taken initial steps to use frozen Russian assets to rebuild Ukraine. Russian assets must be used to set an example of what happens when countries/states turn into terrorist regimes and attempt genocide against sovereign nations! We can never repay the losses Ukrainians have endured from lost loved ones but it is the least that can be done.
Is the UK leading in this initiative or was this event just one of a number of piecemeal events taking place to assist Ukraine financially?
